Fitfactory’s CRM system is accessible via the web, so you access it on any computer or smart device with internet access.
Our software is only available on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum term of 12 months. This model helps you realise the benefits and achieve ROI more quickly as there’s a lower upfront cost.
When combined with the Business Intelligence module, you can cross-examine data from CRM data with any other data source you have. Whether it’s customer data, ERP data, supplier data or anything you can think of. Ask a member of the team for more details.
The prices listed covers only the subscription and support of the software. We structure this package in this way to help reduce your overall cost. Rather than inflate our price to cover the cost of training, we allow you to purchase it separately so can purchase as much or as little as you need.
Training is charged hourly at a rate of £95/hour. For new purchases, we recommend minimum 2 hours for every 2 users.
Your subscription fee covers support and continuous improvement of the software, including access to our help manuals, customer forum, email and phone support, and the latest updates as they’re released.
All our support team are based here in the UK and we’re always available at the end of the phone, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
We believe that you can only improve what can be measured, so all of our solutions come with personalised dashboards as standard. These help you analyse information in real-time to improve you factory’s fitness.
Unfortunately, not. The scheduler is perfectly integrated with our fitfactory modules to help you have the best experience possible.
However, this isn’t always the case when we’ve tried to integrate it with 3rd party systems in the past.
