Customer Spotlight: M-CNC’s Journey with Fitfactory
This month, we released our latest customer success video featuring M-CNC Precision Engineering Limited, a leader in precision-engineered components for industries like aerospace, motorsport, and oil & gas.
In the video, Mark Wylde (Managing Director) and Mark Bernhardt (Quality Manager) shared how Fitfactory’s Tricorn MRP and Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC) systems have transformed their operations. These tools have enabled M-CNC to:

On the Road: Strengthening Customer Relationships
This month, Carl Bowmaker, National Account Manager, and Paul Callender, ERP Consultant, hit the road to visit some of our valued customers, connecting with them to better understand their goals and challenges.
Colour Anodising – Greater Manchester
We kicked things off at Colour Anodising, one of the UK’s leading metal finishing companies. Carl was introduced as their new account manager, meeting with Director Jonathan Buckley alongside Paul. The team discussed how Fitfactory’s MES SFDC application can help Colour Anodising on their journey to becoming paperless.
It was exciting to learn more about their ongoing efforts to embrace digital transformation while maintaining their reputation for excellence in metal finishing. We’re proud to support their progress as they continue setting the standard in their industry.
C&O Powder Coatings – St Helens
The next stop was at C&O Powder Coatings, where Carl and Paul met with Managing Director Tom Holmes. Known for their dedication to swift turnarounds and customer-first service, C&O Powder Coatings is focused on enhancing their processes with the help of Fitfactory’s SFDC system.
The visit was a fantastic opportunity to hear about their ongoing efforts to improve operations and explore how our solutions can support their commitment to quality and efficiency.
Bedford Engineering – Manchester
Finally, the team visited Bedford Engineering, a company known for going above and beyond to deliver for their customers. Bedford thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and delivering high-quality results on time, every time.
Paul and Carl met with Nick Boothby, the company’s director, to discuss how Fitfactory’s tools are helping Bedford Engineering transition toward paperless processes. It’s always inspiring to see how innovative companies like Bedford Engineering are leveraging technology to stay ahead of the curve.

Celebrating Team Birthdays
This month, we celebrated the birthdays of two incredible members of the Fitfactory family:
- Grant Thompson, our dynamic Sales Manager, is known for his passion for connecting with customers and his love of rugby. Grant has been instrumental in forming valuable partnerships and growing the Fitfactory family.
- Paul Reardon, our dedicated Business Development Director, is one of the hardest-working members of our team. His commitment to providing the best service has made him a trusted face to our customers, and his leadership continues to inspire us all.

Fitfactory Supports BBC Children in Need
Giving back is at the heart of what we do, and this month, we proudly supported BBC Children in Need, dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people across the UK.
By providing grants to local charities and projects, Children in Need tackles challenges ranging from poverty to mental health issues. We’re proud to contribute to this vital cause.

Honouring Remembrance Sunday
On Remembrance Sunday, we reflected on the sacrifices made during wartime and the role of industry in supporting the war effort. From the courageous individuals on the front lines to the tireless workers in factories back home, these efforts laid the foundation for the manufacturing industry we know today.
