Exciting Developments in UK Manufacturing
This Friday brought forth a significant announcement from the government, a substantial £4.5 billion injection into British manufacturing, scheduled for a phased rollout starting in 2025 and spanning five years. Here's a quick rundown:
💰 £4.5 billion allocated to strategic manufacturing sectors, paving the way for robust positions in emerging industries.
🌿 £960 million earmarked for the 'Green Industries Growth Accelerator' program, aimed at bolstering clean energy manufacturing.
🎯 Funding directed at eight key sectors crucial for economic expansion, energy stability, and regional development, including the nationalisation of Make UK's successful Made Smarter initiative, already making waves in the North East, North West, West Midlands, and Yorkshire & the Humber.

Advanced Engineering 2023
In November, our team attended the Advanced Engineering 2023 expo in Birmingham. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with new partners and touch base with existing customers who are driving their production forward with our help. We were pleased to participate and look forward to continued collaboration with our new valuable connections!
In a recent outing, our Operations Manager, Fredrick Okwute, and our dynamic Junior Support Technician, Jake Phillips, hit the road to showcase the extraordinary capabilities of our Machine Monitoring systems.
Beyond showcasing how our systems seamlessly track machine usage, uptime, and energy consumption, this journey was more than just a demonstration it was a unique learning experience. At Fitfactory, we prioritise our team's growth, and Jake's hands-on involvement is a testament to this commitment.
Jake's on-site experience goes beyond technicalities. We believe in equipping our team with a deep understanding of what our partners do. This ensures that our support is not only technically proficient but also informed by real-world industry dynamics.
Our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth ensures that every team member, from the most experienced to the newest additions, is equipped with the knowledge and insights needed to excel.
